Reiki is effective for healing depression, anxiety, negative effects of past trauma, sexual abuse, physical abuse, PTSD, and feelings of being stuck. It provides clarity when you are trying to make life changing decisions such as whether to get divorced, whether to change jobs or find a new career, whether to move across the country and so on. Reiki is also effective for physical pains that are rooted in emotional causes - headaches and migraines from stress, back aches related to stress. There are many emotional root causes of physical pain in the body and Reiki will help to release them and to release you from the triggers that cause the pain. A Reiki session is relaxing and enjoyable and brings immediate relief though multiple sessions may be necessary for deep healing.
Homeopathy is effective for healing mental, emotional and physical issues. It addresses all the same things that Reiki can address (but in a different way) and more. Classical Homeopathy is safe and effective. It does not involve the use drugs that can be addictive and have side effects. Homeopathic remedies are made from substances found in nature. Homeopathy is effective for most physical conditions that you might consult your doctor about such as, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, gastrointestinal and digestive disorders, autoimmune disease such as lupus, psoriasis, vitiligo, celiac disease, Lyme disease, multiple sclerosis, Guillain- Barr Syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and more. It is also very effective for menopause, night sweats, irritability, lethargy, hypo and hyper-thyroidism, erectile dysfunction and other conditions specifically related to men's health. A classical homeopathic approach can be effective against cancer, diabetes, and most common chronic conditions of our modern age.
Homeopathy and Reiki can both be done remotely. Remote Reiki sessions are effective and relaxing. You simply get comfortable in your own home and I will be online with you sending Reiki. Homeopathy consultations lend themselves very easily to online treatments. An initial consultation takes about 90 minutes (sometimes more) and my goal is to get to know everything about you so that I can make an appropriate recommendation for a remedy. You can then purchase the remedy online for yourself. Homeopathic remedies are easy to purchase online and do not cost very much.
I also offer in-person healing sessions and Reiki Classes for those local to Ooltewah TN and the Greater Chattanooga Area, visiting the area or willing to travel.

Online Reiki Classes from Anywhere
For my Reiki Classes you have the choice to attend in person or online. I teach all levels including Reiki I and II, Reiki Master (Holy Fire® and Divine Light). I also teach Animal Reiki and Karuna Reiki®. Online classes are live and interactive not pre-recorded. Chattanooga Reiki Classes take place in a dedicated Reiki classroom equipped with meditation chairs and Reiki tables.
