Online Reiki Share

Open invite for anyone who feels the need to boost their immunity and move out of fear during the current health crisis. Reiki is at the top of the list for boosting your immune system and reducing stress and worry. Stress and fear weaken the immune system. Reiki helps us move out fear and into a place of deep inner peace. It also helps to strengthen the physical immune system.

This meetup is open to the public at large and to Reiki Practitioners and Reiki Masters who would like to give Reiki. Agenda is as follows:

1. We will start with a guided Reiki meditation for healing.

2. I'll give a brief overview of the science behind distance Reiki and how it works.

3. If you wish to receive Reiki: simply sit back and enjoy. Be comfortable at hope, its best lying down or reclining.

4. If you wish to give Reiki: It's a wonderful experience knowing your Reiki is reaching several people at the same time. You can switch back and forth at your will between giving and receiving.

At the end of the session we will talk about our experiences.

If you haven't downloaded Zoom yet you can find it in the App Store for Apple and Android. On a computer go to zoom.us and install it from there. It's super easy. Then you can just click on the meeting link. You will be able to mute the camera and the audio if you prefer.
