The Hero’s Journey is the blueprint of hollywood movies and best selling novels. It resonates deeply in our psyche because we are each on our own hero’s journey. It is hard pushing out of our comfort zone, getting out of our head and following our heart’s true calling but that is the mission of our life - to learn and grow through our challenges.
