Reiki is a safe and effective method for reducing stress, overcoming anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and supporting recovery from any physical condition. Reiki is an energy healing system that works in an integrated way with mind, body and spirit, helping you to become the best version of yourself and allowing your body space to heal itself. Reiki complements other healing systems and is safe for everybody including pregnant and nursing mothers, those on prescription medications, those in cancer recovery, and those in hospice.

Offering a year round schedule of Reiki Classes where you have the choice to attend in person or online. We teach all levels including Reiki I and II, Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki®. I offer a choice of Reiki lineages. You may now choose between the Usui/Holy Fire® system of Reiki and Divine Light Reiki. Both systems are based on Traditional Usui Reiki and both systems have unique differences from other Reiki systems. Usui Holy Fire® III online and in person classes and are taught using the curriculum of the International Center for Reiki Training - an internationally recognized standard of Reiki. Divine Light classes are a new way of teaching Reiki based on science and allow Reiki Masters to be more intuitively guided in their own style of practicing and teaching Reiki. Upon attaining Reiki Master in either lineage you will be qualified to teach in person or online. To learn more and see our complete schedule of classes click on the link below.
