Can the carnivore diet help you lose weight? Is it healthy? Is it true that the Carnivore diet can help you recover from chronic diseases?

These are just some of the questions that my clients ask me. Personally I find an all meat diet hard to stomach. It weighs on my soul. However, people are reporting that a carnivore diet is helping them lose weight, recover from serious health conditions and feel better in many ways. I attribute this not to what they are eating, but what they are not eating. Most of the (so-called) food we purchase in the supermarket comes in a box or a packet and a list of ingredients. When we examine the list of ingredients we see that we are eating a lot more than just the food we mean to purchase. At the same time, much of our food is so over-processed that it is devoid of nutrition and often has added vitamins and minerals. As all health-conscious people know, added vitamins and minerals are simply not the same as naturally occurring vitamins and minerals.

In the article I discuss exactly how to do the carnivore diet safely and answer all the questions I have listed above. It can be a safe and healthy way to lose weight but there is a right way and wrong way to do the carnivore diet. Also, if you suffer from any of the issues listed in the drawbacks, like constipation, for example, I give you ways to overcome those and introduce very low carb additions to the carnivore diet that will help you do it successfully and avoid complications.


I do endorse the carnivore diet in general as a healthy way to lose weight and a good way to overcome chronic disease, especially for those who have a very poor diet at the moment or are addicted to sugar. If you are a highly spiritual person however, you may find an all meat diet very heavy and possibly depressing.
