In this free series we continue our deep dive into each of the primary chakras with the sacral chakra, seat of creativity and sexuality.

If the root chakra is the connection to the life force, the sacral chakra is the driving force that ignites life, not just physical life but we reach into the depths of the sacral energies to give birth to projects, creative ideas and new beginnings of all kinds. When we feel fear, stress and worry, we stifle our creative expression, slow the libido and block the immune system. We will explore the archetypes of martyr and emperor/empress that are sometimes associated with the sacral chakra. We will finish off with a grounding meditation. I have scheduled the meetup for one hour and happy to extend that time to allow for questions and discussion as needed.
