Hello, my name is Mary Fielder and I have been helping people on their healing journey for over 12 years. I look at the body as a complex integration of mental, emotional and physical systems. Our journey starts in the womb, continues through childhood and progresses even into the late stages of adulthood. We are shaped by our experiences, our response to those experiences, what we have been taught and told to believe. All of this not only shapes our emotional experience but also shapes our physical experience. Somewhere along the way we hit a roadblock or have an epiphany and it changes the course of our destiny whether we want it to or not. This is often the point at which many people are looking for someone or something to help on their journey.

Anxiety, depression, and many physical health conditions can resolve with the right holistic care. I offer an integrated and holistic approach that considers all of you: how your childhood experiences shaped your thinking and your perspective, what your hopes and dreams are for your future, how you respond to family, friends and people in the workplace, where you find the most inner peace and contentment. Mostly, I look at where you are right now, today, and what you need to help you get to the next stage of your life journey. The part I love most about my job is watching you arrive there.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Homeopathy, I am a qualified Reiki Master Teacher in many lineages of Reiki including Holy Fire, Divine Light, Karuna Reiki, Animal Reiki and Shiki Reiki Ryoho. I hold multiple qualifications in Spiritual Mentorship and Guidance and I am Holistic Health Practitioner qualified to guide you in holistic nutrition and holistic health.

Prior to entering the field of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) I worked as a Defense Contractor in support of forward deployed troops and specialized in project management of space communications systems. I hold a Bachelors Degree in European Studies and a Masters Degree in Space Operations Management.
