Most people think of the Crown Chakra as the spiritual chakra. And indeed it is. It is through the crown that universal life force energy as white light, breaks over the body, refracting into all the colors of the rainbow, energizing all the other chakras. But did you know that when you feel depressed, disappointed or humiliated, your crown chakra closes off as you retreat into yourself to nurse your wounds?
