Sound Therapy: Tuning Forks and Singing Bowls

 In this workshop we will explore sound, frequency and vibration and how the body responds to different sounds and different vibrations. We will demonstrate how singing bowls and tuning forks can be incorporated into you everyday health regimen in a variety of different ways. We will show case some different singing bowls and tuning forks. Feel free to bring along your own bowl or forks if you would like to share your experience or ask questions. 

If you are in a holisitic practice such as Reiki or other energy healing work, we will show you how to include tuning forks and singing bowls as part of your practice. Even if you are already doing so you may get some fresh ideas and come to a greater understanding of how sound can help with healing. 

This class is open to everyone. Cost is $35 and tickets must be purchased in advance.
